~ Samara ~
Samara is beyond adorable, she's as cute as she can be, and probably the cutest puppy that I have ever raised. You can't tell I'm partial to her cuteness!!!
She has a lovely head with deep set stop, HUGE round ears, lush coat, dark pigment and is as sound as can be. She has her mother's drop dead gorgeous front and body type, but she is also another very pretty Devon daughter as well.
Samara was beautifully conditioned by her handler Bert Halsey and Bert put most of her points on her. I took her in the ring for her final major after Bert had a heart attack and she finished her championship on 8/8/10 by going WB/BOW for a 5pt major. Every judge that touched her complimented me on the lovely condition she was in, quoting Mr. Stacy, and Mr. Frederick: "This bitch has the body of a working dog...she's in beautiful tone and condition. Her coat is in lovely condition". Bert Halsey has to be given full credit for that.
In her first weekend out as a champion Samara picked up all her criteria for her Grand Championship, winning all three of her majors, a BOB over specials, two BOS wins to earn a total of 11 points towards her GCH in one weeked! As of 2/20/11, with limited showing, Samara earned her Grand championship handled beautifully by Don Chowning.
She is a full sister to Crisanda Mystical Breeze, a older full sister to Ch Crisanda Heir Apparent, and the half sister to Ch Crisanda Total Eclipse Of The Heart, and Ch Crisanda Set My People Free.
